This apartment hotel is a fantastic accommodation for our family’s stay in Tokyo. GENERAL: The front desk staff are polite and helpful, especially when I pressed the wrong button on the check-in machine! The way to access our room was via the codes for the elevator and the apartment door lock, so no key card to carry around. The apartment itself is compact, but spacious enough for all 4 of us and all 4 of our suitcases and backpacks and still have room to move around. The apartment is spotlessly clean and they clean it every 3 days. The wallpaper is luxe and really makes the place look elegant. BATHROOM & TOILET: The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which helps with multiple users. The hot water in the shower is great and they provide pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smell really good. At the bathroom sink, foaming hand wash in a pump bottle is provided, which is so much nicer than cake soaps! A pile of bath towels and hand towels are provided. The bathroom also has a washer-dryer combo, which is one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. Such a godsend to be able to set the washing to go and 3.5 hrs later, it’s dry. Just don’t set it to go just before you go to sleep like I did. It woke us up at 2am with its 12 beeps to say the washing is done! 😂 And if you would rather air dry your clothes, there are a handful of hangers and a circular peg thing you can use for a very small load of clothes. Translations of the Japanese writing for the various modes on the machine are provided. The toilet is the modern Toto toilet and has the seat warming function, plus all the other regular cleaning functions. KITCHENETTE: There is a quiet kettle, small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, small stove, cutting mat, knives, scissors, crockery, cutlery, a few pots and pans (but I didn’t pay much attention to it as we ate out) LOCATION: The location is excellent! It is very near the Asakusabashi train station. Literally 3 mins walk.

This location is a mere 3min walk to the JR station and roughly 7min walk to the other subway stations. Theres a grocery store right across the street and a Family mart 2 doors down. Compared to other hotels I rented in Japan this one is by far the most spacious. Was perfect for my family as we had a 6 month baby with us so the kitchen and dining table allowed us to spread all our items out and clean bottles. Our room came with a washer/dryer ( 1 machine does both in a single cycle), fridge, freezer, sink and cutlery and plates. Best feature for me is the shower and toilet are separate so if someone needed the toilet it wouldn’t be occupied by the person showering. You don’t get the typical physical key card entry into your room, here they provide you with two numeric passcodes. One to enter the to and the other to enter the building after hours and to access the elevators. I believe from 11/12pm until 5/6am there is no agent working the lobby to the front doors are locked and you’ll need a passcode to enter. Another thing I loved about this hotel is the door automatically locks when you enter the which I really appreciated when my hands were full of shopping bags.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a few minutes walk from Asakusabashi station. There is one supermarket across the street, and another supermarket only a 1 minute walk away. There are many restaurants near the train station. The area is quieter than other parts of Tokyo which was good for our family. The accommodation was clean, and could fit our family of 2 adults and 4 children. We had 2 single beds, with 4 futon style mattresses provided on tatami mats. The kitchen space was useful, and it included a stove, microwave and toaster oven. The bathroom also had a washer/dryer. Clothes washing liquid is provided by the hotel. Unlike other accommodation in Japan, there was actually space in the room to keep our luggage.

The front desk was extremely helpful. Hotel kept our luggage while we were away for 3 days. The hotel is only 3mins walk to West exit of Asakusabashi Station, with an escalator/lift. Lawson is just right next to the hotel, and the opposite is a local supermarket. 7-11 is nearby, too. Hotel provided daily necessities, incl toothbush/toothpaste, laundry detergent, facial cotton, cotton buds, tea/coffee/creamer/sugar/hairbrush, hair tie. Adequate clean towels provided for 4 pax over 3 nights stay. The nail clipper is available to loan. Washer/dryer in the room. Unit 03's layout is more squarish than unit 01, hence more walking space. Quiet neighbourhood. Asakusa line, Chio-sobu line, and bus services are very convenient.

As a big family, we love having a whole apartment to ourselves. We’ve stayed at the Ueno location previously, and eagerly booked this location this time around. We were not disappointed! Strongly recommend this hotel for larger groups. The location is convenient to public transport — we arrived here from Haneda Airport with tons of luggage. There’s a Lawson next door, and a grocery store across from the hotel. The kitchen is well stocked for making quick meals by US standards), with a microwave, a toaster oven, and cooking range. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable, especially for taller people. The bathroom is very clean and utilitarian, with a tub and shower.
